TERMS OF SERVICE

This document is the public offer of the IRISSAD online store (irissad.ru) for the sale of goods.

1. General provisions

1.1. This Public Offer (hereinafter "Offer") is the official offer of IP Lipatov Nikolai Vasilyevich to any individual to enter into a retail purchase agreement on the Site remotely under the conditions specified herein.

1.2. By placing an order on the Site, the Buyer agrees to all the conditions of this Offer, the Privacy Policy, and the User Agreement.

1.3. The Site reserves the right to amend the Offer without notifying the Buyer.

1.4. The Offer term is unlimited unless otherwise specified.

2. Order processing

All orders are processed only after full payment. International orders are accepted; please contact irissad@yandex.ru for international shipping arrangements.

3. Returns

Due to the nature of plant materials (live rhizomes), returns are accepted only in case of damage during shipping. Please document any issues immediately upon receipt.
