SECRET CHORD - SECRET CHORD 
A light fragrance. The color of the Secret Chord is hard to describe, but we're getting started. The standards have a copper-gold base, then they are washed and decorated with a mulberry pattern in the center, finally forming a copper ribbon. The edges are creamy-white with a dark purple tint on both sides (and the barbs forming an arrow just below). Autumn iris is a rich mulberry-red color with purple-purple dots inside. Overall, it turns out to be a very effective color combination. Combine all this with a wide frilly shape and you'll get a gorgeous garden iris. We actively used Secret Chord in our breeding program. It has proven to be an excellent material for creating shapes and deep patterned folds.
