Delivery

Iris rhizomes are shipped via Russia Post or SDEK in the order orders are received and only after 100% payment is received. After receiving your prepayment, you will get an email confirming your order. Later, you will receive an email with confirmation of available cultivars and the remaining balance. After receiving the remaining payment, we package and ship within 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking notification when shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically and included in the order total. Shipping for large parcels or to distant destinations may be calculated individually and may be increased.

Important: Please provide your full name correctly, your mobile phone number, and your address. If shipping via SDEK, please specify the address of the SDEK pickup point in the comments.

You will need your phone with you to receive the parcel.

All orders for iris rhizomes are accepted via the website cart, or by emailing irissad@yandex.ru. International orders welcome.
