«Drifting Bubbles» — tall bearded iris (TB) by the famous American hybridizer Joseph Gio, registered in 2004. In 2007, the variety was awarded the Honorable Mention by the American Iris Society. The origin is connected with the breeder's famous pink varieties, including Fogbound and the Birthday Greetings line.

The flower is in a delicate pastel pink color scheme. The standards are a warm light pink tone, slightly deepening at the base. The falls are light pink, more saturated on the shoulders. The beard is light tangerine with a white tip — it gives a soft warm accent against the background of the watercolor coloring. The flower shape is full, graceful, with a slight wave along the edge.

The bush is tall, up to 102 cm — one of the tallest pink TBs. Flowering is late, in June, prolonging the iris season. It is effective in the background of a mixborder in the company of white peonies, silver wormwoods and delicate geraniums. Plant in the sun, in well-drained slightly alkaline soil. Place the rhizome near the surface.
